The capital of Assam is Dispur which is Approximately 283Km away from mankachar town,there are too many many Buses from Guwahati to mankachar and the road conditions is also great you can go through Tura (Meghalaya) also.

The nearest international airport is in Guwahati which is Approximately 250 km from mankachar. And the local Domastic airport is in Dhubri which is Approximately 90 km from mankachar but there is no road to go to Dhubri one have to go through Goalpara if they one to go to Dhubri. The nearest railway station in in Dhubri but there in boats which will make your journey more injoy able.
