Mankachar, 30th April 2022:- After 2 years 8 months It's likely that the Assam Government will allow offering namaz in Eidgah. As the Last namaz that was prayed in Eidhga was on 12th August 2019 No one is allowed to pray Namaaz in Eidhga because of COVID 19.

COVID-19 hit India too hard the economy started moving Down and a lockdown is imposed no one is allowed to come out of their house until and unless they don't have any emergency cases.

No one is even allowed to go to religious places for prayer everyone to maintain a social distance and not come out of their house during that lockdown period. Schools and colleges were also closed and the business as we are also affected it was a pandemic situation at that time.

The government has not allowed any kind of religious activities during the lockdown period but after taking the covid vaccines situation become normal and the cases of covid-19 reduced and school colleges were also opened. Now the situation is normal it is likely that the government will allow offering Eid namaz in Eidgah on the 3rd of May 2022 which is about 995 days or 2years 8 months and 21 days.

During the hit namaz, more than 50000 people went to the Eidgah and offer namaz.
